Supervisor of Accounting (Accounts Receivable)

We are partnering with an established law firm in Pasadena to hire a Supervisor of Accounting focused on Accounts Receivable. This role will report directly to the Controller and play a key part in billing, collections, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable operations, including billing and collections
• Lead and support a small team of 1-2 entry-level accounting staff
• Work with billing systems and large data sets; assist with basic reporting and analysis
• Collaborate closely with accounting leadership to ensure accurate and timely AR processes

Qualifications

• Prior AR experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Pasadena
• Experience learning new systems and handling detailed financial data
• Interest in long-term growth and career progression within accounting leadership
